i started learning photoshop by myself in 2014 because i was a fangirl. i was there on deviantart, downloading png packs of idols and spending hours on adobe photoshop CS3 because my computer could not handle any newer versions.
one of my favorite jokes was, "my love language is that my photoshop breaks down three times a night for you."
learning about graphic design and making alternate universes emerge before my eyes are decisions i can never regret.
the model was photoshopped in the image. it was one of my first attempts at the style, so the wings and her hands were not perfectly natural. still, i had a lot of fun making this one.
it was the first time i tried to document my creative thoughts via gif. since the gif was made with adobe photoshop CS3, i could not fully represent the entire process of selecting and deleting unwanted textures and stocks. the final result turned out well-blended with a focus on the model as i wanted.
the image on the left was an elaboration of the previous style.
the image on the right was inspired by soft grunge aesthetics.
